Suicide pod is a topic of discussion in the world right now. In fact, on Monday, a 64-year-old American woman committed suicide using a suicide pod near the Swiss-German border. In this case, Switzerland’s Health Minister Elizabeth Baum-Schneider said that the use of this machine is not legal in the country.

She says that this machine does not meet the demands of safety laws, so it should not be used. Well, let us tell you about those incidents in this article today, when many people committed suicide together.

Burari case

On 1 July 2018, 11 people of the same family committed suicide in the country’s capital Burari. This incident shook the whole country. For many days, the police could not understand why the family took this step. However, later the result of this case was that this family used to follow the instructions written in a diary and due to this the whole family committed suicide.

California incident

On 26 March 1997, a call came on 911. A panicked person said that dozens of people were lying dead in a luxurious fancy villa in Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego. When the police reached that place, they found the bodies of 39 people there. All the people were wearing similar clothes and plastic bags were tied on their heads.

After investigation, it was found that all of them were members of the Heaven’s Gate cult and all these people were told by their guru that humans now have to vacate the earth and go to a new world by boarding a UFO. However, for this they will have to give up their lives. The dead were such staunch followers of the Heaven’s Gate cult that they committed suicide without thinking.

Suicide to go to the other world

In October 1994, several members of the Order of the Solar Temple in Canada committed suicide because they were convinced that they would go to a better world after death. Police found 23 burnt bodies in a field, while 25 more bodies were found in the canton of Valais. In 1995, another group also did a similar thing, after which 5 more people committed suicide in Quebec, Canada in 1997. Reports say that between September 1994 and March 1997, a total of 74 people committed suicide in Switzerland, Canada and France.
